Wont fix deficiencies or reimburse damage to home
Brighter was contracted to repipe a strata complex. They are refusing to fix deficiencies, refund for costs to repair/replace items damaged, or even come to a settlement. They want their money, and suggest we sue them for the deficiencies.
They did not meet many of the terms of the contract, and tried to overbill . So many things went wrong on this project that they are not willing to fix. There are pipes banging in the wall, they wont fix. They damaged the washing machine and carpet, broke light fixtures and damaged toilet seats. Most of the painting needed to be redone by others. Attached is a couple photos showing the quality of their painting. There is so much more, but that would require too much room here.
