The favourable aspect of this company were the two installers today.They were very personable and quite polite and professional.
I waited longer than I should have considering the installers took 45 minutes to complete the task at hand.

DGU's are taking longer than usual at this time. However, that is no excuse for not communicating to our customers. We strive for the best customer service possible.
