Burnhamthorpe Roofing Co Ltd - no longer in business

Burnhamthorpe Roofing explained very specifically the work they would be doing and the materials being used. The roof vents are of very high quality metal as well as the covers for the plumbing vents. We wanted to replace all our plywood as our original plywood was 3/8 in and warped so they suggested 1/2 inch. They arrived early morning on time every day and the work was completed in the amount of time they estimated. Workers were very clean and helpful coordinating with electrical work being done for potlights in the soffits. They installed drip-edge and high quality snow/ice shield everywhere as well as new vents and tubing for washroom fans. Metal flashing was very well done as well as all caulking. We found them reasonable in price considering all the high quality materials and workmanship

From initial estimate, to an explanation of what needed to be done, to job compleltion, a high proffesional standard was evident.
Weather permitting, time lines were met.
Care was taken to keep the job site clean and neat at all times.
Final cleanup was spotless.

I have nothing but great things to say about Burnhamthorpe Roofing. My roof was completed on the day we agreed, the quality of work was fantastic and they left my place spotless when the job was completed. I highly recommend them!!!

Replaced our sloped and flat roof, including removing the existing 5 layers of flat roof (!). Extremely professional, hard-working and thorough. The entire team stayed late to get the job done on time. Price was average but value was exceptional- and no surprises. Clean-up was superb- the place was spotless. Highly recommended!
