Duct Cleaning review in

We required a new furance and air conditioner for our home. Initial calls to some other companies left me the with the impression that they were doing me a favour by taking my call. Lucky I had a friend that was in the business and ask him who he would recommend. Surprisingly he recommended Buttons (Not the company he was working for).
Phone Buttons and was treated like a customer should be. The installation was done when scheduled and the work preformed was excellent. I had a furance, Air conditioner, Humidifier and new dusct work installed. Service people were great and clean up the area at the end of the job.

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- Not much they can do to improve their service. They are already performing above the standard seen today.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- If your in their service area don't purchase from another company until you at least talk to the people at Button. They may not be the cheapest but any small additional to the price will be worth what you get from their service.
