Flavio and Matt recently completely overhauled the hot water tank in my office by reworking all of the improper piping done improperly by the previous owner and also installed a custom drain pan and drain piping to prevent any possible leakage from the tank or relief valve from causing damage to the ceiling below. They were very professional and the installation was very clean and neat. Flavio also took the time to listen and follow my suggestions regarding the positioning of the tank and even installed an automatic trap primer to ensure no sewer gas would flow back from the drain.
