So I purposely waited 3 months to do this review. I must say after hard searches and reviews for central AC and getting expensive quotes of $3200 - $3500, I am thankful I came across CHRD. Alex was very professional and knowledgeable. Absolutely with no pressure, I decided to go with CHRD.
They did a clean install with a modern look and no mess. The installers were very helpful on how to use the AC. My upstairs always used to get humid and hot no matter what fan or humidifiers I used, this AC finally brought coolness in that muggy area in my house.
Absolutely no issues with the AC. Best decision I've made with an awesome deal of $2400. Definitely a HIGH recommendation. Thank you Alex.

I have been researching a/c for a couple of years now. I had seen the display by CHRD in the Galleria mall many a time. I took a pamphlet and when it came time to research the different companies, Alex was the first to call and arrange a time to talk a/c. We agreed on a price and a schedule for installation. Needless to say, the schedule was moved back but Alex was there on one of the hottest days with a new portable unit to tide me over until the install. The gentlemen who did the installation were professional and clean and it was done in a day. I recently had water leaking in from the inside unit and Alex came by the next day to resolve the issue. I would not hesitate to recommend Alex and CHRD. Thanks Alex!

Alex (sales consultant)is a man of his word. Alex is not a BS'er. The two installers arrived on time, explained what they were going to do and how long it should take. Absolutely no unexpected surprises. They protected the floors and the granite countertops. Everything went perfect. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I would highly recommend this company if you are in the market for AC or a furnace. I was referred to Alex by my realtor, who will not refer anyone unless she is extremely confident in their professionalism and service. She assured me that she has had nothing but good reviews about Alex at CHRD. I called him and also had 2 other companies come in to provide estimates. Alex from CHRD had the best price by a small margin. However, he did the best job of explaining what I needed and why and treating me with respect.

I had intended to only have my AC replaced as it was not working, but Alex also had a look at my furnace. He confirmed that it was very old (I just bought the house 1.5 yrs ago and not sure how old it was), that it was only operating at 40% efficiency and was a little too small for the house. He also referred me to an energy inspector who tested my house. I qualified for a very good rebate on the new furnace and learned a few other energy saving tips. My hydro bill was incredibly high last winter, between the constant blower on my furnace running and a couple supplemental space heaters, so Alex' advice about the furnace was bang on and I decided to have both the furnace and AC replaced.

The installation team was excellent and very professional and courteous and considerate of keeping mess down and cleaning up after themselves. They also removed my old furnace and AC so that I had nothing to worry about after the job. Alex called during the installation to make sure that everything was going well. He also called a couple days after the installation to make sure that I was happy with the new equipment and the installers.

Alex stands by his product and service and has advised me to contact him should I experience any issues. This is the best, good old fashion stand behind our product customer service I've seen in a very long time.

I would recommend this company and Alex (my sales contact) to anyone and especially those who don't have a personal recommendation to make a decision on. I'll tell you why! I went to the National Home Show to gather some business cards and talk to some sales people, about doors...when I came across a small booth demonstrating air conditioners. The product looked compact and modern and I couldn't even tell they were on, they were so whisper quiet. I wanted to talk to the salesperson...but there's was a small cue waiting for his time. So I talked to the people in line instead.  The were people from all over looking for that exact air conditioner, but also from this exact company. Their opinions on the Mr.Slim unit and their experience with Canada's? Home Renovation Depot... STILL didn't win me over. It was actually Alex himself, who showed up to my house, went over all the details of the contract, the installation and the warranty... That I decided to sign and hand over my VERY reasonable deposit.

The service has been nothing but fantastic since. My crazy schedule, the picky condo corporation, the excellence and professionalism of the installers (redirecting the tubing so the water run off a goes into my cedar tree!!) and Alex's immediate replies to all of my text messages. This is a top notch Toronto (GTA) company.

Home Canada Comfort is, and will always be my go to for all my HVAC needs. Alex is the embodiment of exceptional customer service year after year. Companies will talk a good game and promise great customer service for however long the warranty is for, but when you need them they are nowhere to be found. When I call Alex he calls me back right away or will pop by asap! The problems that I have had have never been problems from any of his jobs, but he is always willing to help me figure out what the best solution is to fix a problem, even if he doesn't make a red cent on the job. A true gentleman and class act businessman!

my neighbor is installing airconditioner in his house and I am looking to replace my 30 year old a/c(approx).He introduce me to Alex.Alex offered me this mits air con paid a few hundred dollars more and the 10 year warranty for parts and labour that comes with the purchase is a hit.There is a little bit of glitch between Alex's quotation and the technician's survey on the job to be done but Alex solve the problem professionally.They install a while ago.It was so quite.My wife is very happy therefore the family is happy.We are ready for the summer.Technician's did their job very well.I will definitely recommend this product and Alex to my friends who are looking for heating and airconditioner.

Alex came to quote on the work. He spent time with us to choose the right Ductless AC units for our old house. He was very knowledgeable on the product and great to work with. His follow up was amazing before, during and after the install. The ductless AC works great, we have been through a hot summer now and have used the heat pumps from time to time in the winter. The units have made the house so much more comfortable. Alex also came back to check on something the same day I called him a full year later. I have since referred Alex to a few people who have very happily used him.

I was in the market to find a new AC/Furnace. I met Alex at one of their locations. I was extremely pleased with his knowledge and the customer service he displayed.
