Not only did they reface the cabinets but also constructed new items for the kitchen. Victor and Pauline had some great design ideas which were incorporated. They started and finished the job on schedule. We are totally satisfied on all levels. Fantastic professional attitude from everyone. Calls and inquiries were answered immediately to our satisfaction. We had a very different air exhaust fan ordered from California and they did a superb job of installing it. As a matter of fact, Pauline discounted the original quote because it went better than expected. They also painted two chairs for the family room at a very reasonable price. In our opinion they go above and beyond what is normally expected. When we do our bathroom, guess who has the job. As Pauline said to me, "Your kitchen is our kitchen". What a great standard to live by. They have made our dream kitchen a reality.

*****Update Jan 2017 : about 5 years post kitchen reno the hinges were all degrading and falling apart and the company did come and repair them. We have cupboards that are delaminating already but the company will not do anything to recitify this. I do believe that 5 years only and the cupboards should not be delaminating. It is on upper cupboard, around the drawers, and they are not near any water and there is no reason for these to be doing this. IN the future, I would never use them again. I would NOT recommend this company as for longevity as it seems like they are focused on making it look good but not to last.Full kitchen reno.

Original Review : Started on time and ended on time. Very little additional cost to quote . Added a little electrical things and therefore the cost was up maybe 2-3%. Design and drawings were done about 1 month prior to moving into our new house. They were very thorough. The workers who came were polite and cooperative. The "foreman" or "boss" would come by nearly every day to check in on the workers and go over details with home owners. There was 1 error made and it was corrected easily and without question. The countertops are beautiful. I would recommend the company. We used them first for a re-face on the house we were selling, then we used for a full kitchen gut. I would recommend for either service.

Canlik kitchens was the most wonderful company to work with. We are completely satisfied with our newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms. They are professional, flexible, reasonably priced and have very high quality products and service. They also recommended a contractor PMB renovations who they worked with as a team and also coordinated the workflow with. Both companies were a dream to work with. They completed the job on time and on budget. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They made doing renovations stress-free and it was a pleasure having every member of their team in our house at all times. I would never use anyone else after having such a positive experience with them.

Our experience is similar to Ian in Scarborough ,We ordered an additional cupboard for our kitchen to match the cupboards that canlik had refaced .We were very happy with the job that was done on the refacing.Not so with the cupboard [pantry] we ordered.The hinges were put on the wrong side making it very difficult to open the doors .When I spoke to Pauline I told her what had happened with very little response from her .We were having company coming and I was rushing and I asked her to at least us some knobs so we could at least open the doors.I also thought the knobs were included in the price quoted .She told me there would be a cost for the knobs plus mailing..That is when thins started to go downhill .I stated i could not believe what she was telling me .The doors were very difficult to open due to the misplacement of the hinges .No compensation was offered for their mistake .Just a weak apology . I spoke with a cabinet maker and he thought it was unacceptable on Caliks part to expect us to be satisfied with this .We ended up paying for a custom cupboard and we did not get it .The final word after having many conservations with both PAULINE andGLORIA no financial compensation will be given .We can remove the doors and take them back to them and wait another 3or 4 weeks for new doors to be made up.My question is why can you not order the new doors and we will return the other ones when the correct order comes in. I explained that we are having company and it will be an eyesore .Paulines reply was that is not our policy.My advice to anyone dealing with this company is read the fine print before you sign the contract.The discussions you have on the telephone are misleading .Have a pen and paper handy.Your conservations on the telephone when voicing a complaint will be taken out of context.Choose your words carefully.

Pauline was wonderfully helpful throughout, and the Canlik estimators and installers, Simon. Victor, Winston and Yan, all worked long, hard and cheerfully to give us exactly what we wanted, on time and at a reasonable price..

We hired Canilik to do our kitchen - a reface to sell. They did a great job and the price was reasonable. We were so satisfied with the service that we decided to use them for a new home to do a complete kitchen reno. I will report back when it is completed to do a further review.
Canlik cleaned up after themselves, they showed up on time and when they were suppsoed, and they finished the project as expected on the echeduled day (how often does that happen?).

Canlik renovated my beautiful kitchen and it was a pleasure dealing with them from start to finish.

They meet all of the dates and it only took 4 days for the complete reno. Canlik truely works with the customer for top satisfaction. I strongly recommend them.

We are thrilled with our kitchen makeover - a task we were most reluctant to undertake, but now are so happy we did. All members of the staff were helpful in their roles: Victor offered his expertise in a home visit regarding the details and modifications of the overall kitchen: Simon, the countertop specialist who came next and offered his suggestions. Pauline our Co-ordinator was always available, pleasant, helpful,patient and so organized. Her attention to all the details was most appreciated. Installation week was exactly on time and it all went like clockwork. Everyone who came was professional, polite,respectful and worked diligently. Michael deserves special mention as he was in our home for 5 days, always cheerful and consultative and a master craftsman.
