Big appreciation to Paul for fixing a big problem that was really a little problem and getting to the quick fixing point! Our dryer started producing humidity into the basement after it got moved. I knew it was a disconnection of some sorts. Called Capps and got Paul directly, and explained the situation - he agreed it sound like a disconnection and asked to come out for a service call for a quick look. And, yes - the elbow joint did get disconnected in the interior wall leading out to the exhaust. Paul fixed it in a snap, and charged only for the service call.
