The on-site inspection was far more thorough than I was expecting and resulted in a remarkable degree of detail in the report. Custom built seller’s home inspection

Hal did a great job of explaining what he was looking for during the inspection in terms we understood. He was knowledgeable and friendly, systematic and thorough. Very impressed with the service.

Our Home inspection was set up with very short notice. Carson Dunlop were able to accommodate our timelines with the the right level experienced inspector which was much appreciated.

Friendly, Thorough and Top Quality Inspection

Home Inspection review in Toronto

As a first time home buyer, Julie was incredibly patient and friendly with my questions and very thorough with her inspection. She took the time to explain things in a non-condescending way and really explained what I would be getting in to if I bought the home. She was able to turn around the detailed report very quickly which helped us make an offer the same day!
Can't recommend this company and Julie enough! Would give 20 stars if I could!

Complete home inspection

Not only was the home inspection very thorough, but Gordon took the time to explain the findings, and patiently answered all our questions, in addition to getting us the detailed report emails to us the same day. Then within the same week, we received a second report that flagged appliances in the home that had some recall pending. Awesome work Carson Dunlop & Associates.

My Wife and I used Carson Dunlop for our first home purchase and would definitely recommend their services. We needed the inspection done ASAP as the house was taking offers and Carson Dunlop came through with a detailed report. We then received some useful discounts from plumbing and roofing services that had partnered with Carson Dunlop.

Overall, the process was very smooth and saved us some unneeded headaches

Home Inspection Report

We hired Carson Dunlop to perform a home inspection on a house we wanted to purchase. As first time house-owners and the property being an older home (over 100 years), we didn't have the knowledge or experience we felt we needed to make a judgement on whether the house was a good purchase or not. Milo did the home inspection for us, and was very thorough, knowledgeable, informative and friendly. The detailed inspection report we received put our minds at ease and we were reassured that the house didn't have any major issues of concern, only small things to be expected in a house of that age.
