Have used this company for several years dealing with Sam and Frank. Showrooom is old-school - bit chaotic - but selection is excellent, functioning display means you can test out nearly every door knob and handle, and pricing is excellent. Recently ordered same product as sold at a "designer" location and exactly the same product was 55% less. The staff are patient and relaxed in dealing with customers and I highly recommend this company.

The service was great. Everyone was friendly making sure I was taken care of. All my questions were answered with patient explanations, they were very knowledgeable about the products and competitive with pricing. All the hardware arrived before the date I was told and I was called promptly.

We purchased exterior door hardware and other decorative hardware pieces from Sam at Century. Customer service was exceptional. Orders came on time and price points were very competitive. I would highly recommend this retailer.
