Live in a strata where City Pest Control were hired. Had a rat infestation. City Pest Control worked on this infestation for 2 months and did not get rid of rats. Many excuses from them. Rats ended up chewing through my plumbing and I had a flood. Had to be out of my place for 3 months. City Pest Control (Graham) still did not acknowledge any fault. My strata has finally ended our contract with them and we have hired a new pest control company. DO NOT HIRE!!
