We chose Clarke Basement Systems as a result of reading their HomeStars reviews online. Ron came out and explained their technique to us, which involved working from the inside. Ron came when he said he would and was very pleasant to deal with. He checked around and explained how Clarke's Flexispan solution would solve our problem. A crack in the foundation was letting some water in.
Fitz, their Senior Service Technician, first came out with Adam (?). Wow, were we ever impressed with Fitz! He could easily be a school teacher as he explained every step of the process very clearly to us. However, he soon discovered ours was a more complex situation as a fine crack continued behind our entire electrical board. He had to hold up the job as he said it would require a highly rated electrician, whom his company recommended, as well as Powerstream, our local Hydro supplier, too!
The complex coordination between Fitz, the electrician (Hamid), and Powerstream, was finalized and took place a few days ago. We were amazed at their efficiency all round, all scheduled by Clarke Systems. Fitz was absolutely amazing. We were very happy that we were dealing with him. Apart from being very familiar with these problems, he is very personable, meticulous, a great explainer, and generally a real pleasure to deal with. The Clarke Basement Systems team really went above and beyond the call of duty! We would have no hesitation in recommending them.
