Classic Maids

We hired Classic Maids to clean our condo every other week. After the 3rd cleaning I came home to find my oven door unhinged. I called the office and was told I would be called right back. By the following afternoon I had not been called back, this continued over the next 2 weeks I had to continuously call to follow up since the owner would not return my phone calls. I was told they would look after the repair, however after they found out the cleaner had broken an expensive part they only paid for 1/2 of the repair. I decided to give them another chance and the next time they came to clean the cleaner knocked over a shelf and put a hole in in the dry wall, the owner never even apologized for this.
