repair of air conditioning

Our AC started to make a huge noise. We called and received immediate service -the same day. This was most reassuring during a heat wave. The part was identified, ordered and replaced the following day. Amazing, dependable and reasonably priced.

Replaced boiler

Working with Robert was fantastic and I'd recommend him to all. Came quickly, gave a fair quote, explained what he would do and then installed quickly. Neat, honest and reliable.

Repair of hot water boiler

Long story short - their repairman, who didn't seem to know what he was doing, came out to service my system, replaced some parts, never put the entire system back together and recommended some expensive work to be done. Quotes were to follow. Never got a quote back. Billed me twice for the same call.

As it turns out, another company determined that the problem had nothing to do with the parts they replaced, or ANY of the work they were recommending, but a faulty sensor that probably should have been the one of first things they looked at.

They offer a 100% guarantee but just try taking them up on it. Phone calls to the customer service department and President went unreturned. Promises to have the President call me went unfulfilled.

Filed a complaint with the BBB and though some of the money I paid was refunded, over a hundred dollars that the President promised to refund as a result of the BBB complaint - never was.

Approximate cost of services:
$400.00
What could this company do to improve their services?
Pick up a phone and return phone calls. If you make a promise to do something - follow through on it. When your service people leave - they should be putting equipment back the way the found it, not with panels off and screws laying about.

installation of furnace, airconditioner and water heater

We just bought our house and needed the major mechanics of the house upgraded and replaced. Christine who we dealt with from the office walked us through every step of the way and made us feel completely comfortable with everything. The guys they sent to do the installation initially came by to check out the old furnace and plan the installation so we were delighted when they said they could start right away, that day. So it was a long day but we were very happy with the end result.

Approximate cost of services:
$2,700.00

furnace, duct work, AC, gas fireplace

we hired 21 degrees to install a new furnace, AC unit, gas fireplace, and to do some tricky work on our ducts. We had at least 5 companies come to our house, Barry was the only one to come up with a simple, not too expensive solution to our ducts problem. (rooms that were disconnected from central heating). You want someone you can trust , honest, knows what he's talking about you ask for Barry, I guarrantee you won't be disappointed. He doesn't necessarily go to what's most expensive, he'll tell you what's more appropriate for you and your house. THank you Barry, really appreciate your good work. I took off one point because last time the technician came to do the maintenance on the furnace he didn't have the right filter with him, and i'm still waiting for that filter to be changed.
