Cost Less Appliances

These people are dishonest and rude. They take cash as a deposit, but refuse to provide reciepts. Then, when you have waited weeks to get the part they claim to have ordered, they tell you they can't get it in. I asked for my deposit back, and 3 months later, I STILL haven't seen a penny of it from them. When I call, he reminds me I don't have a receipt and so I have to wait until they have time to come by and "discuss" getting MY money back.
I feel like I've been robbed, only I have no way to prove it, so they know I can't do much! HORRIBLE PEOPLE! Do NOT deal with them at all!

worst day of my life when i called this company a woman answered the phone and told he is not in and will call you asap Fine! i got a call and fixed the time to install my dishwasher for $125
we fould him braging about himself and it clicked that we are in trouble he told us that our plumbing is not done well and if we want he can fix it with additional charges we agreed as we did not want any trouble with our new dishwasher when he finished the job he did not do any thing with the old drain and asked us to pay $250 we asked him that he did not do anything with the old problem he said that he never said anything like that and he wants to be paid full as he touched our job before our agreeing to pay him$ 250
I think he must be making more money without working as he says something else and when he sees the family in trouble he increases the price and if you do not let him do he charges $ 35
we were trying to save$35 and he made us pay $250!
he was very arrogant and we are respectful people we paid him total $250 but we do not want anyone to get fleeced by this man

In phone conversation, this "company" stated to charge $35.00 for a house call. Upon arriving at my house,the "repairman" stated it would cost me about another $15-20.00 to remove the cover of my dryer to locate the problem. He found the damage to be beyond repair: I agreed. I gave him a $200.00 deposit for a "new" refurbished machine.
Later, a family member gave me their machine of which was mentioned in our agreement with the repairman. He refused to give me my money back stating that there was $100.00 minimum. I had to fight like hell for months to get my $$$ back. Eventually, I got $100.00 back from the $200.00 of which about $50.00 remains outstanding. I received 'no receipt' for the house call or the work done. I only received a receipt, without an address and without a number, for a deposit towards a re-built dryer. This "company' --- put me through my little bit of hell!!!
