We bought the most expensive curtains in the store for our living room. The lenght was supposed to be 84". They were silk with plastic backing.
When the curtains came, I took them and after spending couple of hours putting them on. finally when I took a look, i found that one of the first two that I put on was shorter in length. So i called them and I was told to bring the curtain back. I compared the curtain and not knowing look the shortest one back. Upon reaching store, measured it with the associate and it was 83" on one end and 82" at the other end. How do you do that.
Associate asked me if I measured all of them. I said I did not so she told me to bring all of them back to store. I did that. Upon measurement, I found all of them are shorter than orignal spec.
Anyways I left them in store. I was told someone will get back to me. After waiting couple of weeks, I was told the fabric is out of stock so it might take couple of months before they get new. There I was hung in the middle.
On top of all, one of desk managers told me that it sucks to be me and I have no option other than either take same curtains or wait.
Very inefficient workplace. Never buy from here.
