I was very happy with Boris. He was nice, prompt, and his crew was friendly and efficient. I'll now tell you why I selected him in the first place which is the most important thing.
Boris was the 2nd person to respond to all my emails the day I started looking and he came the next day. I saw 4 different companies and in the end I selected Cozy World. Of them, Boris was NOT the best salesman. However, he was the one who focused the most on telling me about construction, furnace needs, options, etc. He encouraged me to email/call him with any questions about furnaces, and not just money and financing options. I really liked this.
I took him up on his offer after doing lots of research and he took the time to respond to half a dozen emails with questions about furnace details. This was extremely important to me.
I will always choose someone who is keen on educating the consumer first and foremost. After it all I have a new furnace that I'm happy with, and I also know way more about gas furnaces now than I'm willing to admit!
