I would highly recommend Cozy World Inc. for the exemplary, timely and efficient service we received from Fred and his highly skilled team. As I communicated with Fred directly, I found him to always be a professional. What I also appreciated and found refreshing was that when providing quotes, he was quite candid about the product choices and wouldn't steer us towards the more expensive models if experience told him they weren't necessarily the best choice and/or value. He put his customer's satisfaction above making more money. His rates were quite reasonable for the high quality, energy efficient products we chose. In addition, he was always open to receiving calls from us and happy to address any questions we had throughout the process. The job itself involved installing a new furnace, AC and water tank in a very tiny space. Our old 50 gallon water tank had to be removed and other steps were taken to ensure that everything was done properly and efficiently. We are very happy with the team that was brought in to do the installation. After the installation, Fred, quite quickly sent in our Lennox rebate info and contacted us to inform of next steps to ensure that we obtained the $1150 in rebates available to us.
