Crown Roofing & Drainage Ltd No Longer In Business

This company has done an amazing job on my roof.
In August of 2014 another company had redone my roof,and I had nothing but problems with leaks.

Crown roofing has put flashings where they should of been around
chimneys,and other areas.

Crown roofing also did great work on my sons home on William
Street.

the original quoted price escalated very quickly once the work was initiated. the 50 year quoted warranty was only delivered for a 10 year period. the company demonstrated no respect or consideration for their employees safety as none of them wore fall protection while working on the roof.

We had Crown replace our roof in September 2013. We got six different quotes and did significant research and references on each company. Crown impressed us from our first call to them. Their workers were extremely neat, hard working and very pleasant. There was nothing left for us to cleanup unlike the mess that Home Depot had left at our neighbours earlier in the year. One of our neighbours were so impressed that they had their roof done shortly after without calling anyone else.

My roof started leaking about a week ago during a heavy rainfall. Naturally, it started coming through the ceiling so I knew I needed to do something quickly. Jason from Crown was very helpful, walking the roof to take pictures to show me the problem, taking the time to explain the options, costs and timelines re: the process of shingle stripping, installing new decking and laying new shingles. He answered all my questions and clearly knew his business. His team were on the job the very first day the weather permitted and they had it mostly complete in a single day. Clean up was well done and the roof is working great. I would not hesitate recommending Crown to other homeowners looking for a professional, client service focussed roofing contractor.

replaced roof in summer. satisfactory job. some shingles show curling at edges in hot weather. may need to have them follow up this summer if the same curl appears. not the least expensive place that I checked.

We got several quotes from various roofing companies to get our roof redone. Crown was the only company that took the time to sit down with us to go through the whole process, provide us with various references, and answer all our questions. Though Crown quoted us at a higher price than the other roofing companies, we selected them to do the job because of their professionalism and customer service. They did a great job on our roof. The only thing that got me upset about them was that they put a signage on our lawn (without asking us first), and dug a pretty big hole to put up the signage. Our lawn now has a whole about a feet in diameter without any grass!

Excellent service, product and followup done at a reasonable price.Spokesperson were courteous and helpful whether on the telephone or in person. Work was done promptly and upon completion inspection with approval was forthcoming from both the company and the homeowner

Crown is not the cheapest company but the standard of work is second to none. The job was done quickly and with minimal intrusion to our home. I had one problem and Mike had a roofer back within 24 hours.

Great company, great workmanship .......I would recommend without hesitation.

Roof was under warranty for labour and materials and we had a leak near my chimney that we asked them to look at. They did come and looked at the roof, cleaned some snow and leaves and lets us know that it would cure the problem. 2 weeks later they sent me a bill for 200$ for something I could have done myself. It was supposed to be under warranty so I am not sure why they even sent that bill.
