The work done on our house was outstanding!! I'd be more than pleased to provide a recommendation if you're ever in need of a reference. Your crew are a great group of guys. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Say hi to Rob, Sean and Dave for me!. Over all I would give a resounding 10 out of 10 for the overall experience.

Thanks again for a job well done!

brick and chimney repair

Brian's son David did a small repair for us October 2014 and we were very pleased. An area of brick had fallen away at the back of the house -- likely from water damage. David also repaired our chimney. Both Brian and David are a pleasure to deal with. Their rates seemed fair, the wait was not too long, and their workmanship is excellent. They also seem very honest and ethical. The first gentleman who gave us a quote said our whole basement needed to be rebuilt at a cost of $20-30,000!! Brian took a look inside and quickly determined that the basement was still in good condition and only the damaged area needed fixing. We plan on calling on Brian and David again in 2015 to carry out other repairs to the brick that were not as urgent. Thanks for your great service guys! We're thankful we found you.

Tuckpointing

Nov.28/14
Spoke with Brian; they will do the brick work around the hydro lines for an "extremely low discounted price" when the weather is warmer.
Very Satisfied!!
This company was working for my neighbour; I asked them to do a bit of work for me.
Quote was for "all in".
Hydro lines were a hazard as reported later; company to follow up.
Workers were respectful, tidy and considerate.

Many thanks to Brian for his excellent communication skills in making us feel comfortable with our choice and to his on site crew, Dave and Rob, who's knowledge and suggestions improved our restoration. Well done guy's.

This is the third job Brian has completed for me in 3 years. The first time, the job was small but he took the time to visit, gave a quote and completed in a timely manner. 2 other companies would not even consider it. The second time was a bigger job. The price was very competitive and he completed within the time frame stated. The third time, it was difficult for him to access because of the external concrete covering the decaying brick. It turned out to be much less concerning than first thought and reduced the cost to complete by half. I was not around to oversee the job so he could have taken advantage of the situation but he didn't. Not too many people around in the trade like that. Thank you Brian.

brick replacement & tuckpointing

Brian is still in the driveway finishing up, but I couldn't wait to leave this feedback - boy did we luck out! Before we hired someone we walked up and down our local streets to take a look at brick replacement work and tuckpointing, and I can honestly say that ours is the best job in our entire area. Brian is an artist - you almost wouldn't know which bricks were replaced! And then there's the tuckpointing - the neatest, tidiest & most meticulous work we've ever seen (or had done on our house) We'll never use anyone else for masonry work and will definitely recommend the company to friends and family.

Tuckpointing & Brick Surface Repair

Cummins Restorations did a fantastic job of tuck pointing and acid washing our bricks. Brian and David successfully repaired damage that had been done by another highly rated Homestars mason.

Brian and David's attention to detail and professionalism was greatly appreciated. They took the time to do the job right and made the new mortar colours blend in seamlessly on our 90 year old home.

I would definitely call them again and refer them to anyone needing tuck pointing.
