These guys lack the basic fundamentals of interlocking. Unfortunately, I was away when the driveway needed to be compacted before the interlocks were placed on top. I came back towards the end of the job, when the last pieces were being installed. I did question their compacting methodology and this guy who claimed to be the owner provided me with the most irrelevant excuses. Less than a year later, the Driveway looks horrific; it's uneven, plants growing from in between the stones and there are cracks on at least 10 pieces! Called them back and they said that the company provides no warranty on the work no matter what happens. They asked for 10,000 to take the stone off, "compact" (which they don't even know the definition of) and reinstall the interlocks. It's sad because this landscaping job was part of my contract with the builder to buy the house, otherwise I would have challenged the company directly and asked for my money back no matter how impolite they were.
