We asked for designs for two options: one that incorporated the small back bedroom into a large bathroom/laundry facility; the other to maintain the bedroom. On the advice of our real estate agent, we retained the third bedroom and focused on making the most of the small bathroom. Deanna's final design maximized the use of space and stayed within our budget. She was terrific in assessing where and how to save and where to invest for the elegantly understated look we were after. She introduced us to, and worked closely with, a talented contractor and steered us to very helpful suppliers.
