I met John at the home show in Toronto this past spring and decided to give him a call once my condo was completed. At the measurement, he had many samples to chose from and immediately understood the look I was trying to achieve. Selecting the fabric for the blinds was super easy with John's help. I received an estimate a couple days later. The price was more than fair for the high quality product they offer and I was told it could take 4-5 weeks for the blinds to come in. It only took about 3 weeks and I had an installation scheduled. The installer, Tony, arrived on time and the blinds were up in no time at all. They look great. Couldn't be happier. Thank you to John, Mandeep and Tony. First class all the way.

He also gave me a reduced discount when I asked him to. The man who installed the blinds and curtains was also very cordial and pleasant. In all, I had a very positive experience and wouldn't hesitate to use Designer Window Services again. By the way, they were also much less than another company I inquired about.

Their showroom also has a nice display of window coverings and it's conveniently located in Mississauga should you need to send your clients somewhere to browse through their blind displays. We conducted major renovations on our Master EnSuite, more modern style, everything gutted. Our builder installed a valence from the ceiling, across most of the wall. We are not accustomed to having long curtains in our bathroom, but they are beautiful and a perfect finishing touch. Lyle walked us through the selection process well and had other good ideas for finishing touches to the bathroom. Lyle was running a bit late that day, so the office called in good time to let us know. Price was excellent with Christmas discount and HST removed for paying upon ordering. Tony, the sub-contractor who hung the curtains, did a great job without making any kind of mess. Would definitely use this service again.

We had a great experience with the company from booking of an estimate to the actual installation. We picked the colour and material at the store but were very fortunate to have John in our home for an estimate and final measurements.He convinced us to make a totally different choice that in the end made our living room exactly what we wanted.Everything was done in a timely manner and all promises fulfilled.Our shades are stunning!Great job done!
