An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
In all my years of dealing with technicians I must mention Zach (Islington and Bloor office) who is an exceptional service technician. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and thorough in his job. He fixes the problem the first time round and always goes above and beyond the call of the duty by checking everything and not just focus in one area. He double checks and triple checks everything. Every time I require service, I will request Zach as no other tech comes close. This gentleman should be recognized for his professionalism and knowledge of work....you do not want to lose a man like this. ...HE GIVES DIRECT ENERGY A GREAT REPUTATION... I also want to mention the team he works with who are also exceptional knowledgeable and professional people who helped me alot in the past ...Randy and Martin ...amazing people who go above and beyond the call of duty to assist and ensure the customer is happy and well taken care of...EXCELLENT PERFORMANCES...OUTSTANDING!!!!
