The spring on our garage broke on Christmas eve. We called a few places for repairs but they were either closed or unable to get supplies until Jan. 2nd. Finally I found Dodds on the web and sent them an email. They got back to me within 10 mins. and I spoke to Stan. The price was great so we booked a time.
The repair man, Mike was great. He was on time and very nice. He was also able to replace the springs and also replaced the bearings as they too were broken. We were very happy with the overall service we received and grateful that all this work could be done before the new year. Next time this will be our first and last phone call.
