Dr Green Lawn Care Services

Im always picky about how my lawn looks, but, as a mom of three and a new baby, it was difficult for me to keep on top of everything this summer. Dr.Green to the rescue! My lawn looks even better and I love it. Worth every penny!

Made appointments and Kept them. Provided all services contracted for.
Would have liked to receive more advice relating to problems with the Lawn. I am not knowledgeable in this area and trusted Dr. Green to advise on all problems and relative solutions.

My lawn is the worst on the street as weeds remain after 3 years of service. Sprayed my neighbour’s lawn, charged me and did not refund my account for their mistake.

I have been using Dr Green for well over 10 years and year after year my lawn keeps getting better. I have been very proud of the service that I have been receiving for all these years with Dr Green and will continue doing so in the years ahead.

Dr. Green takes all its money up front before it starts to provide services and fails to provide any kind of contract or written description of services. Based on my experience, that's because it doesn't know what it will be doing and by when.

Some guy came by and threw down dry fertilizer and left a note that overseeding would be done. It wasn't. In the middle of May I asked when aeration would be done and I was told they weren't sure, so I hired a different contractor to aerate. My credit request to Dr. Green was refused. I just got a note today from Dr. Green after two months of nothing, that some guy would. be by to fertilize in July. No mention of weed control because that ship has sailed.

In short, I have been looking after my lawn because Dr. Green hasn't. They take their money and you take your chances. It hasn't been a good bet for me and I won't ever use Dr. Green again.

I arranged for a lawn service contract which was supposed to cover 7 service visits to manage weed control in April 2021. After prepaying for the service, the first service was done relatively quickly in mid April.
The first service included spring fertilization but no weed control. I called a month later when weed control was necessary to arrange for another visit. I was promised that a visit would be arranged ASAP. I was not contacted nor was a visit arranged. I called after another 2 weeks and told the issue had been escalated. Still no service has been arranged or have I been contacted. I have now done the weed spraying and overseeding included in the contract myself.
It is now June and only 1 of 7 prepaid services have been arranged. It seems unlikely that 5 additional appointments can occur during the season when weed control is needed.

Good value and great service over spring, summer and fall. Have used other services but Dr Green is the better value. There is limited upsell of services. Very happy with the service.

I have been using Dr Green for many years now. They offer all the services you will ever need. Passerbys always comment how we'll the lawn looks. Well worth the money.
