I called Drainworks in October to install new pipes,faucet,shut off valves, and drain pipes for my kitchen reno. It was excellent service right from the start, from the first phone call, to the confirmation, to the day before reminder and finally to the attendance. Most professional company I have ever dealt with. Phil arrived and immediately stated what he was going to do and use for the job. After the quote he went through every little detail. He was very knowledgeable and experienced. Great job. If I ever need anything done again I will be calling Drainworks. Just to know when you call that they keep their timely appointment is enough for me. I am tired of calling trades people and waiting half the day sometime all day for them to arrive.
