Don from Drape Master was easy to deal with. He showed up when he was supposed to, and took away our filthy blinds. He even helped remove 2 blinds that weren't being cleaned, to save me climbing on a ladder. The blinds were returned super fast - in under a week - and they look so different. They are clean and look like new.
I can't recommend Drape Master highly enough. The service was beyond expectations as were the results.
