I purchased a Dyson air purifier / fan unit - the best they had in 2019.
The box was sealed and the item appeared new. After owning it for 2 years - I attempted to have it serviced when it developed a wobbling sound whenever on rotation.
Upon contacting their "customer support" I was advised my unit was pre owned and already regsitered (news to me!).
I was given the run around and after about 10 emails and providing the proof of purchase provided to me by the vendor - they have declined to assist me with my unit.
I own 3 Dyson vaccums, 2 Dyson fans and the other fan that I was trying to get serviced.
Once these items break down they will be replaced by another brand. Terrible customer service.
