Just a note to reiterate how customer focused Raffy, Marcelo and the whole Elite crew are. We had extensive, custom work done a couple of years ago which needed retouching because of our inclement Canadian winter season. I contacted Raffy via email to ask if we could set up a time to have the minor fixes done and, while they were at it, to rewash and re-seal all the concrete. Barely a couple of hours later Nico showed up at the house and began working! I was speechless and beyond happy. I was also advised that the re-sealing was not yet necessary as the concrete was in good shape and still protected with the sealant they applied a couple of years ago. Again, I was left speechless. There is no other company that we have ever dealt with that continue to provide valuable, honest, courteous service. This company is aptly named. They truly are in an "elite" class of customer service and workmanship. Thank you Raffy, Marcelo (and Nico)!
