Massimo called me the next day after sending him an email.
I took possession of a townhouse ( approx 1,200 sqft ) and had 7 days to paint over the builder's flat white base coat. All walls, window trims, baseboards, closets, doors and washroom ceiling. Massimo initially told me he was very busy but will call me back within 4 or 5 hours to confirm whether he could fit this in on such short notice. True to his word, he called me back the same day and said he could start in 2 days and be done in 3 days.
I can't say enough about his team; I would show up unexpectedly once a day to find 2 or 3 of his crew hard at work. The first day I found 1 issue ( builders drywall tape pealing off ) and approached one of his painters. He told me "no problem, I missed it, I already fixed 2 similar issues in the bedrooms"... Next day, it was fixed.
Price wise, he was competitive ( neither the cheapest nor most expensive ). Massimo will do what you want, but will also advise you of his opinion if you ask ( we had a discussion about eggshell vs satin finish ). They are VERY punctual; since I was not living at the townhouse while it was being painted, I was asked to let him and his crew in at 6am. I gave him a key for the next 2 days to let himself in.
The job was FLAWLESS. Massimo called me 2 hours before they were to finish to inspect their work. There was nothing to be done. If you want a hassle free, honest company to paint your home, don’t hesitate to give Massimo a call. You won’t be disappointed.
