we just recently moved into our new home and unknown to us we discovered an existing water issue in the basement. Through research express rooter seemed to be the most reputable company so I gave them a call. Within a few hours Jamey came by our house to investigate. He was very thorough and walked me through all the telltale signs of an existing issue which was not initially picked up via home inspection. Luckily we did not finish the basement yet but it was and still is on our "to do" list. We decided to proceed with the full repair and the next day just past 8am there were a few crews that showed up. 2 days after my initial call the work was complete and the work site was broom swept and they kept everything clean by wrapping the areas with our belongings off. They walked me through the finished product and answered every question I had with kindness and professionalism. I have chosen all my contractors via homestars and have been fortunate every time. The cost of doing a bad job is more than doing it right the first time - not just a slogan but a good life lesson. I would not hesitate to recommend or use express rooter again and am thankful to have found a reliable professional company.
