Tracking down the cause of a basement flood
Firstly, sorry for the delay in posting this. Jason came to our house after we had had a flood in the basement. Before we replaced the drywall, baseboard and laminate floor we had ripped out we wanted to be sure it wouldn't happen again. Our worst fear was cracks in the foundation which would be very expensive to repair. Jason advised us on the probable cause and told us that I could fix it myself for less than $20 !! He also told me that if that didn't work there were other probable fixes that would be much cheaper than foundation work. So far the $20 fix is working and my fingers are crossed.
He even told me how to fix a slow draining sink in my bathroom, again saving me the expense of having a professional do it (he was right - it was really easy to fix).
Service and honesty like this is very refreshing. I would not hesitate to call these people again and I wholeheartedly recommend them.
