I recieved the worst customer service! The doors were almost 2 months late, and no one called to keep me up to date. Promise after promise was broken. And the worst: when I complained to the VP and President, they didn't acknowledge how they had broken our contractual agreement and didn't manage the complaint at all....they sent me a letter stating that their business expansion had made them soooo busy!
I didn't even get the door the way I ordered it!
