Clera Windows + Doors

I took on a church conversion into a residential property in the summer of 2020 during both peak and valleys of the current pandemic. The owner of local lumber home improvement store in Iroquois had come out to take the measurements of all five exterior doors I needed to replace in July of 2020 and that he would try and get me the doors before the winter. After several calls from my end in October of 2020 he finally said that he was unable to fulfill the order.

In April of 2021 I contacted Jerry at Clera Windows and Doors and he came out to take the measurements within a few days, and even though it took about 7 weeks longer -due to supply chain issues caused by the pandemic- to get the doors and have them installed he was able to meet my pre labour day date as I needed to sell the property due to a move out of country for work.
Jerry came back twice to make all the flashing and caulking look perfect and to make sure that everything was to mu satisfaction. A true professional that kept his word!
