Contacted Jonathan for a replacement window in the spring - Came to my house promptly and explained everything I needed to know of the install. I was advised that there is a delay on the actual window itself from the manufacturer but they did everything in their power to expedite the process. Upon day of install, the crew did an excellent job and were very quick with the install and finishing. Almost 1 hour later, the window was back to brand new.
