The service provided by Ken who was cooperative and meticulous with ensuring all the windows were exactly what and How we want and the installation done by Time Mohr, who was absolutely precise on all the small details before, during and after installation Was absolutely fantastic. For the time we started to its completion, I rate them 101 out of 100.

I purchased two steel entry doors and two storm doors. The product looks and operates great. Installation was efficient and follow up customer service is fabulous!

I would like to start by saying that the price I recieved is comparable if not better than some other quotes I have recieved.
So to start I would like to say expect to wait a bit for the windows to be made.
I did have to wait an extra month because the order was delayed due to a couple extra windows I added and was missing in the delivery.
Installers were very knowledgable and friendly but a bit too much runaround on the time the job was finally completed.
Forget about calling the company because they don't return your phone calls.
But all in all the windows do look great and draft free. Installer did an amazing job installing them.

From sales pitch to installation, the Clera boys were courteous and professional to the max. The installers even accommodated my sleep schedule (being on night shift myself) working in areas of our house which would minimize the noise during my sleep. Very satisfied with the final product, installation and look.

We had a difficult install on our lakefront property. Eric and his team did a great job handling the situation. The guys were careful and cleaned up as they were installing. I paid exactly what I was quoted. I had a small issue with one of the doors which was dealt with promptly. I would recommend this company and their installers to anyone. The patio doors look magnificent

Great deal on installation and well known in the area for quality windows. The windows look fantastic and the installers were friendly and professional.

My only comments would be on the operation of the single hung windows, the quality of the finer details, and cleanliness:
1. The single hung windows are quite hard to open. The windows are so snug that you require a lot of force to slide up and down. An old lady would probably need help to open and close this particular window.
2. The finer details on the window look unfinished. The lip where you lift with your hands is rough on the end and open. Just doesnt seem completed.
3. The windows still have some black grease in spots which are probably from production. Some of them also have pet hair on them, probably from the installers. Which is only unfortunate because the pet hair is on the outside of the windows (and two of them are on the second floor of the house). Photos attached but cant really capture the hair well. I did not expect to have to do so much cleanup after the job was done (especially having to get on a ladder just to dust off pet hair!).

Otherwise, satisfied with our new windows!

Installers did an amazing job. They worked efficiently, fast and cleaned after the installation. Very happy with window as well. Would buy from Clera again.
