Framing Depot The

The owner is rude (Steve) and has no customer service skills. We have taken several things there over the years and he has always been rude. We had one issue that required a small fix and was told to take my business elsewhere if I didn’t like the work as is. I’ve spent over 1500.00 in the past using this company and find it super disrespectful way to handle a minor concern. Would never recommend this place to anyone due to the unprofessional nature of the owner.

Brought in a custom photo to be framed. The staff gave me several options in terms of frame materials and glass types. They said it would be ready in 2 weeks. The product was ready in two weeks. I didn't pay until I saw the final product, and I was extremely happy. Now this photo will be preserved for decades!

We brought our cross stitch artwork to be framed and we are given all the options that we want from the basic to additional features. The staff was very friendly and the quality of their service is very professional. Highly recommended.
