I have used these guys for reg. checkups, & know they are one of the biggest. My furnace was broken & the part was $2500, so a $6000 new furnace seemed to make sense. From beginning to end they disappointed. The $8000 + furnace seemed to be too much for them. Knowledge seemed low, suppliers didn't seem to talk with them and communication was very bad. I had to hound them for responses. I wanted them to take charge and they kept throwing all responsibility/choices back to me, I never felt they were designing a system to fit my house.

Thank you for your frank assessment of where you felt you were let down during the process of assisting you with your equipment. Unfortunately, gathering accurate parts information to provide a client with a quote and time-frame for repair can sometimes be a slow and frustrating process (for us as well). This is especially true in circumstances like yours when one manufacturer is re-labeling another manufacturer’s piece of equipment. Fixing or replacing a piece of equipment like a furnace or boiler is a difficult and costly decision to make, which is why we try and provide choices and recommendations for clients, ultimately though the responsibility for the decision is not ours to make.
