I bought a sliding door for my second floor balcony from Gem Windows about 2 years ago. Overall a great experience. I remember the salesman in the showroom showing us a bunch of options and offering a whole range of selections and choices in both doors and windows.
I wish I had asked them for delivery, because getting the window to my place was a challenge. I recall a slow drive down the Queensway hoping the pieces wouldn't slide out the back of our SUV.
But overall, highly recommended. Good price, decent service, lots of options.
Gem was great and followed up.
