There was a little scuffle in getting the inital purchase confirmed. Lucky I was organized and very concise in what I wanted and how I wanted it and made sure I read all the fine print (i.e. their 7-day installation guarantee). It's a good idea to remind those sales reps that you know about it too. But overall, I love the new carpets in our home!

Good selection and priced right. Good payment plans.

This company is average. The sales team is brutal. Worst I have ever encountered. Selection is fine but pricing can be all over the map. The installation teams are either totally brutal or just average. I have seen 3 jobs by them (including one for myself) and the results vary too much to trust. You can do a lot better in the way of carpets.

Be careful! They asked me for full payment on the day of delivery before the truck showed up or I was told no truck would not show up at all.

It's in the fine print - make sure you read it.

We used this company a few years ago and the carpet still looks like new. The service was great and the price was very good.
