Great Canadian Van Lines

Great Canadian Vanlines not only arrived on time they were very courteous and friendly. I especially like the way they handled my boxes and furniture. They were very careful it was like they were moving their own stuff. It was a great experience.

I would highly recommend Great Canadian Van Lines. They were professional, kind and courteous. They took care of our belongings. They made sure everything was accounted for. I really liked how they checked the items, that’s great. They came in and used runner carpets to make sure nothing gets damaged. They clean up after themselves. No scratches on furniture or paint, took good care of the surroundings. Took good care of the products and household going in and coming out.

The movers that came to our house were very professional, friendly, and efficient. It was a terrific move: one of the easiest I've ever experienced. We highly recommend them to any corporate or private clients.

I recently used Tender Touch / Great Canadian Vanlines for a move from Toronto to Vancouver

They were over 3 hours late at pickup (no call)
The delivery was 5 days late, again, they never call and keep you informed. It always requires a call to them, they never return calls. Had to ask several times for a discount on the late delivery, no apology from company.

Several items were broken, items that were disassembled at collection were not put back (which we had to do)

As a final insult, they charged my credit card 2x, which I had to call several times about to get resolved.

Don't use these guys!

Your company recently relocated me from Coquitlam, BC to Ancaster, ON. My furniture arrived yesterday and I just wanted to tip my hat to Steve and his helpers on both ends.

Steve is prompt, polite and a joy to deal with. In both Coquitlam and Ancaster, I was alone with him and his partners and felt 100% comfortable. They went above and beyond the call of duty and were an absolute pleasure to deal with in a stressful cross country move.

You are lucky to have people like Steve, Tim and "Shaggy" represent your company and I trust you will give them their due praise.

First thank you for all of your assistance in a somewhat stress filled series of events. Your crews, in Ontario for loading, and Vancouver Island for the unloading were friendly, courteous and efficient. A bunch of good guys ! !

Your actual costs to the estimated costs involved in the move were very very close which also relieves a lot of the stress. Word of mouth is a very powerful advertising tool, and as we chose GCVL as a result of a personal recommendation, (a move from Barrie Ont. to Vernon BC ) be assured that we will not hesitate to recommend your services.
