We chose GTA Windows and Doors after received estimates from two other companies. Their salesman, Igor really knew his product and had numerous pictures to help us choose. Installers arrived on the day stated, protected the work area to minimize any mess. Eugene is the best! They removed the old windows and installed the new ones with a minimum of interruption to us. They took the time to pay attention to all the little details, insulation, trim, flashing, caulking etc. Cleaned up, and vacuumed after themselves when they were done. Our new windows and doors look great and I'm sure will be a lot better than the old ones. Best company from start to finish. We will refer GTA Windows and Doors to all our friends and relatives!

I’ve been thrilled by the work that GTA Windows and Doors did for us. 11 windows had been replaced. Team work from Igor’s advice to installer’s crew was incredible. All windows look excellent. Installation was absolutely amazing. Starting from the basic quotation and to work of replacing windows plus the clearing after work, including the cost left us fully satisfied. I hired GTA Windows to replace 5 very old windows in my home and I had no idea where to start. Igor provided me with lots of information and advised me of all the considerations to choose windows without trying to oversell me. The windows were ordered and installed on time by Eugene who was fantastic. Eugene made sure the windows were installed perfectly and took time to clean up each workspace meticulously before moving to the next window. Eugene and Igor were both a pleasure to have in my home and I hope to hire them again when I'm ready for the next project.

Eugene is a perfectionist. The craftsmanship and attention to detail is exceptional. He goes beyond to make sure everything is done to his standard. The patio door frame had a section of rotten wood which he replaced without question. The front door, which Eugene picked out was the wrong size was replaced, and in doing so the inside trim was now the wrong size. He replaced that with no question, as well as there is now finishing trim at the bottom of the front door and patio door which was not there before, as Eugene is also a visual perfectionist , and no extra cost to me. They picked up and cleaned every day before leaving.

I have a triplex with GTA windows installed. My ex. tenants broke two cranks on the casement windows of which I did not discover till being informed by the new tenants. Called GTA windows, explained the problem and within 48 hours it was fixed in 15 minutes. Not even a service charge, fantastic.

I recently had this company come in to install a sliding glass patio door in a newly created opening. The end result was perfect! Igor was very helpful and informative and his installer was very pleasant. He fully cleaned up after himself so that there was no mess at all and my door looks amazing!!! I'll be using them for my windows when it comes time to replace them.
