Happy Harry's

We had a door installed that was manufactured by Happy Harry's. We were not happy with the quality of this door and would not recommend this company. This is our opinion - so read these reviews and reach your own conclusion.

Hart Design Centre/Happy Harry's installed new double doors for our front entrance. Joanne at the front desk was knowledgeable about every aspect of their products and installation and we had lots of doors and glass to choose from. They were very competitively priced and and met all promised timelines. The install team was fast, efficient and courteous. The work was very neatly done. Entire job was completed in less than 4 hours from start to finish. Very impressed with the company. Highly recommended!

We had new double door installed a couple years ago. The price was competitive and the sales person friendly and informative. Unfortunately, it was all downhill from there. The installation was shoddy and unprofessional, with confusion and some cussing. The workers took away the spare for the new handles and we had to ask them to bring it back. They left cracked plastered all around the door from and only reluctantly patched it up after our protests. I had to finish the patch job myself. The door looked nice, but come winter we noticed terrible drafts coming in from multiple locations. We were able to get them to come back and make some adjustments, but unfortunately it didn't completely solve the problem and I was left to fix it myself. Would not recommend, even if there price is a bit lower than some competitors.

Happy Harry was recommended to us and didn't disappoint. Extreme attention to detail was provided with personalized attention to ensure that we receive the right product at the right price come installation. Thank you to everyone at Happy Harry for everything!

We had all of our windows installed a year ago, and we are very happy with the sales, service, and product. Everything went well, no problems at all, which wasn't my past experience with a different place. I definitely recommend to everyone to check out Happy Harry's for any window or door work.

Happy Harry's came in to install a window. At first was happy due to the costs and the friendly service. Once the window was installed, it was installed incorrectly. They rescheduled to come fix it a week later, and the day of they canceled. Then they rescheduled for the next week (today) and got a call early this morning from then, cancelling once again. Calling the Better Business Bureau on them. Definitely shop elsewhere.

Shopped around for 3 exterior doors. Had heard good things about Happy Harry's so we checked it out. The very best price around by far. Excellent friendly service and communications. Follow-up is great. Have recommended to family, friends and neighbours who are all happy with Happy Harry's. Cannot say enough good things. Will have more work (some replacement windows) done by this firm in the future.

We got several prices on exterior doors and Happy Harry's was more than reasonable compared to the large box stores. They were a pleasure to deal with as they were efficent,friendly and did an excellant and neat job. The installer, John did a great job and the doors look fantastic.

We needed to replace all our doors and windows - got quotes from many companies - Happy Harry was close to HALF the price of others (for the same doors and work). They workmanship was beautiful and their service excellent. Can't speak highly enough of them. Couldn't be happier!
