An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

After getting your information from the International Home Show, you contacted me quickly and things got going very quickly. I was impressed with the deck you designed you created according to my wishes, and any changed I requested, you took without any problems. You were very informative and I was pleased to getting the job started with your company.
When the work began, Ibrahim and Jesse, were both very courteous and friendly. Their job was impeccable each and every day. Each day, they arrived at the time specified the previous day and worked the entire day. I was impressed with their cleanliness as they always made sure to clean the back yard prior to leaving each day. Their work to detail was quite extraordinary and it showed in the end result of the deck. Their workmanship and work ethic showed each day and I was immensely satisfied. I looked forward to having Ibrahim and Jesse come each day and was excited seeing the deck taking shape.
Geoff, you always kept in contact with me and made sure that I was happy with the work that Ibrahim and Jesse were doing, and I was glad that you made sure that I continued to be satisfied.
