Going with Steve Hall at Hickory Dickory Decks in Richmond Hill was one of the best home improvement decisions we've ever made. The deck was completed for the quoted price, within the timeframe given and with ZERO issues. Communication was outstanding. This was a completely stress-free experience. This is our 2nd time using Hickory Dickory decks. Clarke was very client-focused and kept us well-informed. When we ran into a glitch with the shipment of some materials, Clarke did all that he could to get the materials as soon as possible. The workers themselves were polite, kept our yard clean during construction, and genuinely wanted to build a product that we would love. I would strongly recommend Clarke and his team for any deck project you may be considering.

this year we planned and started are long awaited deck , We found the company Hickory Dickory Deck and contacted Bob Robertson. Bob helped us through are planning stages and lead us in the right direction working with us to get all that we wanted. His install team Richard and Ian where fabulous to work with and made us a deck with workmanship that we are so proud to show. This was a large 650 square foot deck made of veka pvc material it looks amazing and I,m sure will give us a lifetime of enjoyment. Thanks to Bob and his team and all there help,

They build a deck on the back of our house. Geoff and Pete were great to work with, they were responsive, and provided great ideas that worked really well with our space and made a great addition to our house. If any changes/modifications needed to be made they were sure to discuss with us prior to initiating the changes. We found them really easy to work with and would recommend without hesitation, the craftsmanship is excellent and Geoff was great at making sure we were happy with his work.

We are really happy we chose Hickory Dickory Decks. Everything was explained clearly from beginning to end, so we knew exactly what we would get – and when the work would be done. Material options were explained and there was never any pressure to upgrade/add-on, etc. Construction started and ended on time and on budget.

There was one minor miscommunication about the finish on the stairs, but Geoff came by to see and discuss the solution – the very day we called. His crew came back to fix it quickly and he wouldn’t accept the final payment until everything was all to our liking. And it is!

The deck is great! The high quality of workmanship is obvious and the attention to detail is outstanding. We are looking forward to spending much more time outside in our beautiful new space and would recommend Geoff and his team to everyone.

Geoff was great as he worked with us through multiple designs of a composite deck to ultimately land on something that we are very happy with. Throughout the whole process Geoff was very knowledgeable and responsive to our questions. As the work began, Kosal and his team were also great to work with. They were very flexible as we asked for slight modifications to the design, and Kosal even sent us daily pictures of their progress as we were out of town for a few days. The workmanship is definitely of high quality as we continue to be amazed at how well everything came together - and everyone that sees it is very impressed.
