Although my appointment was not urgent, I was able to book one within a day. Zahir and his Associate arrived on time. I much appreciated the heads-up telephone call in advance of their arrival. Zahir was very thorough and did an excellent inspection. He also provided some very good advice and also explained how a few things worked which will be very helpful to me for future planning &/or decision-making.
I have been using Hoerner Heating and Plumbing for a number of years and highly recommend the them.

I have used Hoerner For my home boiler repair, they were great then and great today at my restaurant. Our plumber today was on time and did a great repair in very tight space to fix a leak that has stumped 2 other plumber. Thanks so much

We had a problem with our radiant floor water heating system. We had a great experience booking the appointment with Robyn. Andrew and his team showed up as scheduled. They knew exactly what they were doing. They resolved the issue and the cost was reasonable.

I was happy with Hoerner heating and plumbing’s performance. Due to this being commercial work a flexible schedule was required. Including some early mornings and one evening. Hoerner accommodate at the schedule. In addition to this the work was done on time and professionally. I would not hesitate to recommend Hoerner heating and plumbing.

I had Claire come yesterday to assess my radiator problems. One is leaking and the other has an air lock. She is very courteous and knowledgeable. She gave me some very good advice. I am definitely getting work done with them once it warms up and I can drain the system. I've been a home owner for twenty-five years and had alot of workmen in to do work. I would say that I would definitely recommend Claire and she is up there with the best.

I was quite frantic when I called but thankfully a lovely women, named Kim answer. Her professional and pleasant nature put me at ease as I explained to her my situation. She asked specific question and that made me feel like she truly cared about my situation. I was advised by a previous plumber that the work involved for part #2 would cost nearly 300.00, part #1 was 360.00 First impression: Excellent !!

Once Mario & colleague arrived the fabulous service continued, end the I did not require additional services which was great to her but concerning as the initial plumber had a more expensive opinion. It’s been a few days and everything is working extremely well. No clogged kitchen issues.

We were at first hesitant to choose a plumber using Google search just out of the blue, but we decided to go local with Hoerner Heating and Plumbing. Turned out they were friendly, prompt, and did such a top notch job, we’re still thanking our lucky stars. These guys- Mario and Matt, are truly professional. We would definitely recommend this company to everyone!

Everyone at Hoerner was a pleasure to work with. They are very professional, kept us fully informed at all points of the project, and did a great job on the installation and cleanup.

There were unexpected problems with our install (relating to city infrastructure, nothing to do with Hoerner) but they were dealt with quickly and efficiently.

I love that they send photos and bios of the technicians working on your property before they start work - an extra customer service step that builds confidence in their people (they’re not just random strangers in your house)

Highly recommended, I would definitely use Hoerner again.

We had a high efficiency wall mount boiler system installed in one of our buildings 4 years ago. We just las week had to change the system again because it was under sized for the building and it burnt out. We brought another company in to install and they show us all the mistakes they made. EVERYTHING WAS DONE INCORRECTLY. I will never us this company for anything again. Thanks for making me pay for 2 systems in 4 years bringing the grand total to $25,000.00. Worst company ever.
