Overcharges - does not follow the manual on boiler maintenance
For past reviews who comment "great value" - please shop around a bit more. Hoerner is at the highest end of pricing and staffs jobs with techs <5 years in the business.
I would not recommend. I hired Hoerner to complete annual maintenance of my boiler and to fix one radiator that failed to heat.
The annual boiler service was not completed per the manuals specifications.
Crucial steps were missed that would have voided the warranty.
The radiator problem was not solved.
