Hoerner Heating & Plumbing

I always use Hoerner for all of my own plumbing needs in addition to recommending them to all of my real estate clients for their needs. Their prices are reasonable, but more importantly they are competent, they come when you call them, if there is follow up required, they respond right away, they show up when they say they are going to, and the service always costs what they say it is going to cost. There are no surprises with Hoerner and I'd give them 12 stars out of 10 if I could.

A bathtub, sink and toilet was all installed by Hoerner Heating and Plumbing. Each item was installed properly in a timely matter. Staff cleaned up and made sure I was happy with the results. They also recommended a tiler to us so we could get the job finished. Scheduling the electrian and plumbing on certain days was easy as Hoerner worked with my timeline. Staff is amazing.

After a recent drain back-up, on a neighbour's recommendation, I called Hoerner Plumbing. They responded promptly, accessed the problem and explained the situation and the options carefully. I received a detailed and accurate quote, which was in line with other prices that I had heard of for similar work. They arrived to do the job exactly when they promised, did the work thoroughly and completed it on schedule. Very importantly, the clean-up was excellent - my interlocking pavement looked as good as new and my basement was cleaned up well. They were very considerate and responsive to my concerns and did everything possible to ease me through this major repair. Dealing with Hoerner Plumbing was a very positive experience.

We had tree roots growing under our home and causing problems in our plumbing. After bringing in other plumbing companies that gave us quotes of up to 7000 dollars, we gave Hoerner a call. They identified where the problem was, came out at the time that was most convenient for us, tore up the carpet and performed the necessary repairs before actually drying and re-laying our carpet for us.

This company is unbelievable. They explained every step they took, why they took it and informed us on what we might have to do in future, and were neat as a pin in their work.

AS usual, Hoerner plumbing was quick and expert in their work. I have used Hoerner for over 30 years from major renovations to small jobs like this one--all have been superb.

When our furnace was red tagged we tried many companies to get somebody to come out and help. The only company that was willing to squeeze us in on such short notice was Hoerner, which we were very happy about. Their service is prompt, and we never have to call them back to fix or re-do a job, they are a great company.

We have depended on Hoerner to do the plumbing in our old house for years, most recently for a hole found in our main drain pipe under our home.

We've continued to use this company as they are trustworthy, they do good job, and are reasonably priced. In addition they are very professional while also being very friendly and easy to work with. We have absolutely no complaints and recommend them highly.

We had a leak in our basement where the paint was bubbling as water was collecting in the ceiling. The folks from Hoerner came to the rescue and took out the drywall on the ceiling in order to locate the leak. Once the leak was located they replaced the faulty piping, leaving us with a dry basement once again.

We love this company, they were on time, clean and efficient. We even called them afterward to tell them how happy we were with the job they had done! We would recommend them to anyone.

Hoerner Heating and Plumbing have saved our skins many times. From new gas lines to snaking out the main drain when things were not flowing in our favour. They are quick, consistent, reliable and clean. No surprises.
