I required a new front door due to a break in. After researching various types of doors, I decided on fiberglass due to its inherent strength, durability, longevity, and minimal maintenance. I also compared the manufacturing process, hardware components, and locking systems from several companies. I ended up selecting Home Decor. They were at a higher price point than other companies, however the build quality and hardware were superior and justified the higher price. Home Decor custom manufactures their doors at their facility in Concord and uses a German manufactured multipoint locking system. There was some back and forth in selecting the door style as there was limited styles for a large 42' width door. On San's advise, I ended up selecting a modern style in solid black with sandblasted glass on either side. San made every effort to manufacture my door as quickly as possible as my existing door was damaged due to the break in. The installers came on time and finished the job in about 5 hours. Home Decor does not outsource their installers - the crews are employees of the company which also adds to the overall cost of the door. The 2 installers did a beautiful job and cleaned up afterwards. This company produces a high quality product for a premium price - you get what you pay for at the end of the day. Overall, I am delighted with door and have received many complements.

Beautiful door, I am extremely happy. The workmanship is outstanding.. San provided us with excellent customer service from the very beginning of selecting a front door to the very end that he provided us with the date that the door would be installed. The installers were excellent as well. They were extremely professional and took pride in there work.
We went to many door manufacturers that all told us that the type of door that we wanted would not be possible. San was the only manufacturer that said yes he could do it. I would highly recommend Home Decor Windows and doors.

Working with Home Decor was a pleasure. Sanjeev and Sujata were extremely patient and very knowledgeable. They made the process easy and had many options. Their showroom is beautiful and gave us ideas to what we wanted. Our door is beautiful and great quality. It came weeks earlier than we had anticipated. Installer was very professional and very tidy. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a new exterior door.

We are renovating the majority of our house, a side split built in 1962. We wanted a really attention-grabbing front door, since the rest of the house is pretty bland. My husband Googled pivot doors and found there are only two places in Ontario that do it. We contacted San about one we saw on the website that would need a custom fit. He was very knowledgeable and gave us a quote via email. We arranged to come to Concord (we are in London) to pay our deposit and were given a timeframe of about six months (which during Covid times was reasonable, as everything was taking about six months). His estimate was correct, and we came to collect our door (normally they do delivery and install but we were too far away - something told to us when we ordered it initially) this past week. It was beautiful, exactly what we wanted. San went over the lock, and adjustments that our installer would need to do, made sure we understood everything. He and two employees loaded it onto our Uhaul (they were amazing). Susan, who does the administration was also fabulous, kept me updated, was very friendly and also made sure I had our warranty.
I would not hesitate to recommend them, the whole experience was pain-free, there were no surprises and we left very happy customers.

We are very pleased with the service and workmanship provided. We love our new door and the delivery arrived earlier than expected which was an added bonus. Unfortunately I would not recommend this company. I purchased a new fiberglass door after meeting the owner Mike at a home show about 5 years ago. After having the door installed about 5 years ago the hardware had some finishing issues. It was within a year of install. I called Home Decor and a new owner has taken over. Not very professional or backing the products and workmanship. Back and forth they would not replace the hardware only a repainting was all they would do. took off my hardware put another one in place while mine was sent out for repainting. with the temporary one in place that I could not even buy, they required to drill another whole in my new door. Fast forward to 2021 and now the door hardware is having locking issues. the key will not open and close my door. I call them again to ask for a service on the hardware. the 'locksmith' they use has a voicemail for ash fault and driveway work...??? what? really? I called the company several times leaving messages and no one has returned my call since. now my only option is to repair my current hardware. it is discontinued and there is not an option to replace it. I was told by their tech who was kind enough to explain it all to me that the only way to fix the lock was to repair it not replace it. Home Decor Window and Doors is not a company I would recommend. they are not experienced in all aspects of the company, not professional, terrible service and their "locksmith" well not sure what business they run....locksmith or driveway work. After investing $4000 on a new door it should come with better service. A company who stands by their products and services, a company that values it customers and a company that is professional. Great company. Supplied and installed my new front door. High quality door and great installation. Came and finished as per schedule. Installers were very friendly and and cooperative. Highly recommend this company.

If you value high quality, fine craftsmanship, reliability, honesty, professionalism, fair prices and excellent customer service, I highly recommend this company. They exceeded my expectations and increased the curb appeal value of my home exponentially. I decided to improve the curb appeal of my home by changing eavestroughs, windows, painting, front door, garage doors, etc., Home Decor is the ONLY company that I hired that did not let me down, in fact they exceeded my expectations. San, Sue and their team were superb in the entire process from design to installation.
